📋 Description

• As an Educational Consultant for the Writing solution, you will be responsible for the strategic management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring the health of the base, monitoring the client journey, and securing renewals and retention. • Manage an active client portfolio, ensuring ongoing follow-up and maintaining account health; • Create customized schedules for each client, monitoring deadlines and agreed deliverables; • Conduct regular follow-up meetings via Google Meet; • Maintain proactive contact with clients via phone calls and WhatsApp; • Record and organize all interactions in CRM tools; • Identify churn risks and take preventive actions to retain clients; • Manage the renewal process for your assigned portfolio; • Act in a consultative capacity, understanding client needs and proposing appropriate solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in any field • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consultative Support • Experience with contract retention and renewals • Ability to manage multiple clients with organization and autonomy • Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent the company in strategic interactions
