📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients • Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic engagement and value-added interactions • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) • Drive product adoption and upselling initiatives based on client needs • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through call outreach and referrals • Advocate for client needs internally and act as a trusted advisor externally

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client development, or inside sales • Proven success managing a large client base and driving revenue growth through cross-sell/upsell strategies • Experience in managing a pipeline and documenting pipeline activities • Strong cold-calling and lead generation skills • High energy, positive attitude, and a growth mindset • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
