📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end, from initial design and technical scoping through production deployment and maintenance • Develop and enhance high-traffic consumer web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript • Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot • Translate ambiguous product requirements into actionable technical solutions and realistic timelines • Manage scope, make technical trade-offs, and negotiate deliverables with Product and Engineering stakeholders • Collaborate with UX designers and marketing partners • Maintain code quality, performance optimization, accessibility, and web best practices • Participate in Agile ceremonies and improve development practices • Collaborate with a Product Manager and Engineering Lead as primary points of contact

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, emphasizing front-end development • Strong production experience with React and TypeScript or modern JavaScript • Back-end development experience with Java and Spring Boot • Ability to independently own features from design through deployment • Experience estimating work, managing scope, and making technical trade-offs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering Leads • Experience building production-quality web applications in an Agile environment • Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or technical owner for major initiatives • Experience developing SEO-focused or high-traffic consumer web applications • Experience collaborating with UX Designers and Marketing teams • Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical guidance • Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility, and web best practices • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern development practices
