📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions • Optimize customer service workflows through Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management • Build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Maintain and refactor Aura and Visualforce components as needed • Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs • Integrate Salesforce with telephony/CTI systems and external SaaS/AppExchange applications • Translate complex business requirements into technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards • Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices, including governor limits, bulkification, and test coverage • Maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations • Serve as an escalation point for production support issues • Perform root cause analysis and deliver timely resolutions to maintain platform stability • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Engineering, business stakeholders, and US-based teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • Strong focus on Service Cloud implementations in an enterprise environment • Deep expertise in Omni-Channel, including routing, capacity, and presence management • Service Cloud console configuration experience • Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs • Experience with telephony/CTI and third-party SaaS platforms • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, including sharing rules, permission sets, and role hierarchies • Knowledge of data governance best practices • Ability to work during U.S. Central Time (CT) core hours • Experience working within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar high-growth business environment • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Service Cloud Consultant • Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices defined by ISO / SOC or similar compliance standards
