📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions • Build and support Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality, including routing, capacity, and presence management • Develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with Lightning Web Components as the primary framework • Develop Apex triggers, controllers, test classes, and supporting application logic • Develop custom objects and Salesforce platform customizations • Maintain and enhance Aura and Visualforce components • Build and maintain REST-based integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using Salesforce APIs • Work with REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs for integrations, deployments, and platform functionality • Support integrations with external SaaS platforms and AppExchange applications • Participate in Git-based Salesforce development, CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes • Independently own assigned development work while collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications • Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes • Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience with Salesforce Lightning development • Strong experience with SOQL and SOSL • Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality • Experience developing custom objects within the Salesforce development environment • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services • Experience maintaining or enhancing Aura and/or Visualforce components • Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Availability to work U.S. Central Time hours • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (nice to have) • Experience with telephony or CTI integrations, enterprise-scale Salesforce environments, complex data models, Copado or similar tools, SaaS/AppExchange integrations, and AI-enabled Salesforce solutions (nice to have)
