📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship Salesforce Health Cloud features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow • Build and maintain Salesforce integrations via REST APIs and Platform Events with the MuleSoft integration team • Deliver sprint commitments in a parallel-track delivery model with compressed timelines • Use Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot as primary daily development tools • Consume COE-built agents within Salesforce workflows • Generate and validate unit tests and Apex test coverage with AI assistance • Validate AI-generated code against ACTICS quality standards before committing • Pair with the AI Solutions Engineer on Salesforce-side agent integration and safe exposure of Salesforce data and actions • Contribute reusable prompts and patterns to the shared prompt/pattern library • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve COE agents • Uphold PHI/HIPAA handling standards in Salesforce and AI-assisted work • Deliver ACTICS roadmap features at AI-accelerated velocity targets • Integrate COE-built agents into Salesforce workflows for priority use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and SOQL • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or a comparable Salesforce industry cloud • Experience building Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and external services • Demonstrated use of, or strong readiness to adopt, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Einstein for Developers • Understanding of prompt engineering for code generation • Ability to critically review AI-generated code • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compressed-timeline, parallel-track environment • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred • Healthcare, life-sciences, or Patient Services domain experience preferred • Exposure to AI agents, RAG, or LLM-based workflows preferred • MuleSoft or DataWeave familiarity preferred • Knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Health Cloud, ACTICS, Git, Azure DevOps, and JIRA • Ability to uphold PHI/HIPAA handling standards
