📋 Description

• Implement Salesforce solutions using configuration and custom code aligned to approved architecture and functional designs • Develop and maintain Apex (classes, triggers, async processing), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows • Build and support Life Sciences Cloud data models, business processes, and automations • Deliver Service Cloud capabilities (case management, Omnichannel routing, entitlements, email-to-case) • Design and implement integrations using MuleSoft or similar middleware (REST/SOAP APIs, event-based patterns) • Support integration reliability practices (error handling, retries, idempotency) • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design reviews • Write unit tests, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects • Support regulated life sciences delivery (validation, auditability, change control) • Follow SDLC and CI/CD release practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years Salesforce development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and data modeling • Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud preferred) • Experience building and supporting integrations • Experience with DevOps practices (Git, SFDX, CI/CD tools) • Experience working in Agile delivery teams • Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator (preferred or equivalent experience)
