📋 Description

• Collaborate with Business and IT teams to achieve project and requirement goals • Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce to customize Salesforce • Build, support, and modernize Salesforce integrations, including Slack App and Agentic platform experiences, while retiring legacy integrations • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as an L3 support resource • Advocate for Salesforce coding and configuration best practices and document them for wider development teams • Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and design sessions using Agile practices • Follow established CI/CD deployment processes and suggest improvements • Monitor org performance and the end-to-end e-commerce process to identify optimization opportunities • Take ownership of product quality in Core Tech solutions within the Go-to-Market IT Applications team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing Salesforce applications • 2+ years in Quote-to-Cash implementations for Enterprise organizations, in consulting or in-house IT roles • Salesforce certifications: App Builder and PD1 • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Copado is a bonus • Salesforce certifications PD2, Agentforce, and Data Cloud are bonus qualifications • Ability to work 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST
