📋 Description

• Lead customers through technical and business challenges, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions and fostering sustainable client and team relationships • Serve as technical lead on engagements, coordinating architects, developers, and consultants • Collaborate with project managers, partners, internal teams, and customers on planning, technical design, and implementation • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, advanced features, and releases • Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integration development • Govern and oversee technical development, code quality, best practices, and architectural standards • Design and implement integration architectures involving Salesforce, Snowflake, middleware, and cloud applications • Define data models, integration patterns, security requirements, and data governance standards with data engineering and analytics teams • Produce solution architecture diagrams, technical design documents, development standards, and test plans • Diagnose production issues, perform root cause analysis, optimize performance, and implement fixes

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs • Proven ability to assess business objectives and craft technical solutions • Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and CI/CD practices • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools • Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations with Snowflake, including data ingestion, transformation, synchronization, and reporting • Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data governance, and data security • Extensive hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization experience • 5+ years of experience working within deployment teams, ideally using Agile/Scrum methodologies • Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, custom development, large data volumes, and performance optimization • Ability to connect business processes with technical solutions • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to coach, mentor, and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders • Salesforce certifications such as Architect track, Developer PD1/PD2, Platform App Builder, or relevant cloud-specific certifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development, architecture, and consultancy experience • Snowflake experience including data modeling, SQL development, performance optimization, and integration architecture • Current Salesforce certifications demonstrating advanced technical expertise • Experience with Agile environments, automation, build tools, and version control • Preferred experience with Snowflake, Databricks, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar cloud technologies
