📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Leader / Account Executive to join Nexera and help drive growth across strategic accounts and new business opportunities. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets • Build, manage, and grow key customer relationships across enterprise accounts • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries • Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring alignment with company goals • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, and support) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding • Provide leadership within the commercial team by mentoring junior sales colleagues • Represent Nexera at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities • Track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasting in CRM tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or technology sales • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and consultative selling • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus • Experience managing or mentoring sales teams (preferred) • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Strategic mindset with analytical and forecasting skills (preferred) • Experience selling into regulated or complex B2B sectors (preferred)
