📋 Description

• Support acquisition activities across portfolio of software companies in Latin America • Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, due diligence processes, and prepare investment materials • Identify acquisition opportunities, assess financial health of target companies • Contribute to investment memos and presentations for senior leadership • Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, trading comparables, and scenario analyses • Support deal sourcing through industry research and mapping of software markets • Analyze historical financial statements and forecast assumptions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the diligence process • Perform market and competitor analysis to assess trends and growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity, Consulting, or a similar analytical role • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a strong plus • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Intellectual curiosity about vertical market software businesses and long-term investing • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, including DCF, comparables, and sensitivity analysis • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) • Understanding of SaaS metrics and software-focused due diligence processes • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities • Interest in long-term career development within M&A, corporate development, or strategic finance
