📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design efficient and scalable automation workflows. • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using the UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots. • Develop reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate the development of future automation projects in accordance with DoW directives. • Integrate UiPath with other government systems using APIs, web services, and database connections while adhering to strict security protocols. • Create and execute test plans, and debug automation solutions to ensure they are reliable and free of errors. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and system security plans. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed. • Contribute to the development and enforcement of RPA governance, ensuring all automation solutions comply with DoW policies, coding standards, and deployment procedures. • Oversee complete application lifecycle management (ALM) for automation solutions, from initial requests and requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and eventual retirement. • Adhere to the change control process for all production automations, ensuring that any updates or modifications are properly tested, documented, and approved before deployment. • Implement in accordance with RPA best practices, DoW development standards, and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to ensure the quality and scalability of automation solutions. • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver successful automation projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • U.S. Citizenship is required. • 5+ years of experience within Automation Engineering • Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain • Must possess or be able to obtain DoD IAT 2 certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP) • Proven hands-on experience with the UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework. • Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and design effective automation solutions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within a government or defense context.
