📋 Description

• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances. • Create and maintain customer master data. • Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable aging reports. • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries. • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate ledger balances. • Perform regular AR account reconciliation. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities. • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls. • Participate in finance projects and system improvements. • Be part of the accounting team and be responsible for customer accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. • 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or General Accounting. • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or similar). • Strong accounting knowledge. • Good understanding of credit management and collections processes. • Advanced Excel skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail and accuracy.
