📋 Description

• Deliver design and system configuration for the SAP S/4HANA BRIM module • Support rollout and adoption of standardized Service-to-Cash processes across business units • Translate business requirements into system solutions • Manage data migration, testing, training, post-go-live support, and project timelines • Configure, customize, test, and deploy SAP BRIM developments according to S/4HANA best practices • Facilitate requirement gathering and solution design with workstream managers, Solution Architects, and leads • Support Sales and Customer Service processes and their integration with operations, finance, and product management workstreams • Analyze requirements for subscription order management, subscription billing, contract management, and convergent charging • Create and maintain functional specifications for WRICEF objects • Perform cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities • Support incidents and change requests for live business units

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor / master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline is required • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with multiple industries • Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations / rollouts and support experience in BRIM module in S/4HANA projects • Experience with SOM, CI, CC, and FI-CA • Hands-on experience configuring BRIM components and managing end-to-end billing cycles • Understanding of SAP Best Practices in BRIM and SD modules, integrations, and technology • Experience in an S/4HANA environment and Fiori applications • Strong communication skills in English • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities within constrained timelines • SAP S/4HANA Certification in SAP BRIM is desirable • Knowledge of embedded analytics, Fiori user experience, and SAP Cloud Platform is desirable • Exposure to SAP BTP or cloud-based BRIM extensions is desirable • Basic ABAP debugging or familiarity with enhancement frameworks is desirable • Availability to work European time and, as needed, APAC/US time zones
