📋 Description

• Responsible for mapping cities with expansion potential; • Analyzing real estate locations and listings; • Ongoing monitoring of competitors, identifying strategic opportunities and risks of cannibalization; • Conducting targeted studies using geomarketing platforms, providing territorial, demographic, and behavioral analyses to support region prioritization; • Responsible for daily registration, control, and filtering of received areas, ensuring organization and standardization of information; • Preparing PowerPoint presentations with analyses of properties and regions, consolidating data in a clear, executive format; • Preparing comprehensive market reports to support company decision-making, offering a structured view of the market landscape and expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Experience with geomarketing tools such as Geofusion and Google Earth; • Knowledge of QGIS (differential).
