• Develop, together with internal clients, tactical personalization plans to meet proposed business objectives; • Own end-to-end Personalization and Experimentation projects, interfacing with internal stakeholders (Performance Teams, Online Media, Marketing), mapping opportunities aligned with business goals and generating valuable insights that translate into actionable initiatives in collaboration with the Portals (IT) team; • Identify, together with Marketing, Online Media, Performance Teams and Martech (4P), audience information, profiles, behaviors and other data according to the e‑commerce business objectives, and document the processes; • Lead planning, analyses, studies and presentations that deliver recommendations to optimize business results, providing data-driven insights to guide business decision-making with a focus on Personalization and Experimentation (A/B testing).
• Experience in e-commerce (digital channels, digital campaigns and multi-channel journeys), media outlets, digital agencies or digital marketing areas; • Advanced knowledge of CRO; • Experience operating tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe CDP, Optimizely, Contentsquare or similar; • Analytical profile and proficiency with GA4 and Looker Studio/Data Studio; • Ability to translate complex technical issues into simple, objective language and to propose efficient solutions for internal clients and partners.
