• Lead the analysis of complex Off-Road new business opportunities by conducting in-depth sector diagnostics, developing financial models, and assessing risks and returns so leadership can make well-founded decisions to pursue or discard opportunities. • Structure and review high-value commercial proposals, crafting differentiated technical arguments, aligning assumptions with operations and finance, and validating consistency of deliverables to increase conversion rates of qualified opportunities. • Lead technical negotiations with clients and partners, participate in commercial meetings, respond to technical inquiries, and align expectations on scope and terms to move opportunities to the contracting phase with minimal friction. • Mentor junior and mid-level analysts on the Off-Road team by reviewing analyses, sharing methodologies, and providing structured feedback to raise the technical quality of the team's deliverables and develop internal capabilities. • Consolidate competitive intelligence and trend mapping for the Off-Road segment by producing sector studies, benchmarks, and market-movement analyses to inform the vertical's strategic positioning in advance. • Monitor the transition of approved deals into operations, leading interfaces with implementation teams and ensuring commercial assumptions are respected during execution to preserve contract profitability. • Identify improvements to the vertical's business development methodology by proposing adjustments to processes, tools, and qualification criteria to increase efficiency and consistency of the Off-Road sales funnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategy, Finance, or Business Management is desirable; • Proven experience in the logistics, agribusiness, or Off-Road industry; • Expertise in market research and data organization/presentation; • Advanced knowledge of Excel; • Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com); • Advanced English — a plus;
