📋 Description

• Lead IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives, ensuring execution of the area's strategic roadmap. • Coordinate the development, review, standardization and governance of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs). • Ensure alignment between recovery strategies and business requirements defined in the BIA (Business Impact Analysis), including RTO and RPO. • Plan, organize and conduct contingency tests, disaster simulations, tabletop exercises, restore tests and integrated failover tests. • Manage stakeholders, promoting alignment among technical teams, business areas, risk, audit and executive leadership. • Lead IT Continuity committees and follow up on action plans resulting from audits, risk assessments and conducted tests. • Define and monitor performance (KPIs) and risk (KRIs) indicators, producing executive reports and maturity analyses. • Promote an organizational resilience culture through training, workshops and awareness activities. • Support the definition of high-availability, recovery and continuity strategies for cloud and on-premises environments. • Establish continuous improvement processes to evolve continuity and recovery programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience leading IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Technology Resilience programs. • Experience implementing governance, transformation and maturity-improvement projects in high-criticality corporate environments. • Deep knowledge in: • Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) • Business Continuity Management (BCM) • Business Impact Analysis (BIA) • RTO, RPO and recovery strategies • High Availability (HA) • IT Risk Management • Experience coordinating recovery and contingency tests. • Knowledge of hybrid environments: • On-Premises Data Centers • Virtualization • AWS • Azure • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Ability to map dependencies among applications, databases, APIs, infrastructure services and integrations. • Experience in metrics management, governance, action plans and executive reporting. • Experience with methodologies and frameworks such as: • ISO 22301 • ISO 22313 • ISO 27031 • ITIL • COBIT • Good Practice Guidelines (BCI) • DRI International
