📋 Description

• Dedicated focus on closing indirect tax calculations, including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, IPI and withheld taxes; • Preparation and submission of ancillary tax filings related to indirect taxes; • Support with tax reconciliations and accounting reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles; • Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with tax obligations; • Support during external audits and tax inspections; • Act as the focal point for indirect tax queries with other business areas; • Track and update KPIs for tax payments and installment arrangements; • Participate in strategic projects such as Tax Reform, omnichannel initiatives, new distribution centers aimed at fiscal efficiency, and other strategic projects intended to reduce tax burden.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields; • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets; • Experience with SAP and J1btax (advantage); • Experience with Megaduty (tax management system); • Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude; • Organized, proactive, and energetic; • Ownership mindset — able to work autonomously while enjoying collaborative teamwork;
