📋 Description

• You advise our clients on demanding IT initiatives and transformation projects, particularly in the Microsoft environment. • You gather functional and technical requirements, structure them, and assess their feasibility. • You develop suitable solution approaches in close coordination with technical experts. • You actively contribute to all project phases — from analysis and elaboration to implementation. • You facilitate workshops and alignments with business units, IT, and decision-makers. • You prepare decision documents, proposals, and impactful presentations. • You use modern AI tools to support research, structuring, and development work.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or an equivalent qualification. • You have 3 or more years of experience in IT, project, or digitization environments. • You work in a structured, independent manner and possess analytical thinking skills. • You have strong communication and moderation (facilitation) skills. • You demonstrate a high affinity for IT and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality. • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1). • Additional advantages: • You have consulting experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, project management, or digital transformation. • You have experience in projects with public-sector clients (e.g., eGovernment). • You have participated in procurement or sourcing processes (e.g., writing statements of work or evaluation criteria). • You have experience with software evaluations, such as market analyses, evaluation matrices, or proofs of concept. • You support presales activities or project cost estimates. • You have experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tools.
