📋 Description

• You develop IT strategies, IT solution roadmaps and portfolios for our clients and support sustainable digital transformation • You act as a consultant and intermediary between business units and IT to achieve viable, goal-oriented results • You capture business requirements in complex environments, assess them and prioritize them effectively • You analyze existing processes and IT structures, identify optimization potential and provide strategic impetus • You support our sales team in presales by contributing to the design of digitalization projects • When required, you lead workshops and training sessions and prepare topics methodically and clearly

🎯 Requirements

• You have initial practical experience in IT consulting or IT project management • You can analyze processes efficiently and develop goal-oriented solutions • You have strong IT affinity and a hands-on mentality • You communicate clearly, facilitate discussions confidently and deliver persuasive presentations • You bring analytical thinking, teamwork skills and an independent, structured working style • You have fluent German (at least C1) • You hold a degree (e.g., Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science) or an equivalent qualification • You are willing to travel when client appointments require it
