📋 Description

• You develop IT strategies, IT solution roadmaps and portfolios for our clients and support a sustainable digital transformation • You act as a consultant and mediator between business units and IT to achieve viable, goal-oriented results • You capture business requirements in complex environments, evaluate them and prioritize them effectively • You analyze existing processes and IT structures, identify optimization potential and provide strategic impetus • You support our sales team in presales when drafting digitalization projects • When required, you lead workshops and training sessions and prepare topics methodically and clearly

🎯 Requirements

• You have initial practical experience in IT consulting or IT project management • You analyze processes efficiently and can develop goal-oriented solutions • You have a strong IT affinity and a hands-on mentality • You communicate clearly, facilitate discussions confidently and present convincingly • You bring analytical thinking, teamwork skills and an independent, structured way of working • You have fluent German skills (min. C1) • You hold a degree (e.g., Economics, Business/Computer Science) or an equivalent qualification • You are willing to travel when client appointments require it • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) • Knowledge of change management or organizational development projects • Experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect, ArchiMate, LeanIX, Signavio, Celonis, PowerPoint or Miro • Experience with frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN or UML • Certifications in enterprise architecture, process management or project management
