📋 Description

• Entry of tax documents and importing with XML retrieval • Support in preparing tax compliance filings (ancillary obligations) • Assistance in calculating direct and indirect taxes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real, and ICMS Special Regime) • Calculation and issuance of tax payment slips/guides • Verification and organization of clients' CNDs (tax clearance certificates) • Participation in client service and consultative support with a human-centered approach • Collaboration with the team to clarify daily tax-related technical questions • Ensuring delivery of tasks within established deadlines, reporting to the supervisor in case of incidents • Compliance with municipal, state, and federal tax legislation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting (in progress or completed) • Introductory knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation • Intermediate Excel • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines • Good communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills • Proactivity and a genuine desire to grow technically • Previous experience in an accounting firm (differential) • Experience with the Domínio system (differential) • Continuing education courses in the tax area (differential)
