📋 Description

• Map clinical and administrative processes and workflows in health departments and care units; • Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating complex needs into clear specifications for the development team; • Drive the evolution of system modules, prioritizing the backlog based on legal deadlines, operational impact and user value; • Ensure solutions align with Ministry of Health standards (e-SUS, RNDS and integration buses); • Validate deliverables, ensuring business rules are correctly implemented before client deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Public Health and/or Health Management • Strong knowledge of SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde) rules and ordinances • Experience in systems analysis, business analysis or digital product management • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
