📋 Description

• Plan, structure and monitor social responsibility projects from initial analysis through final reporting. • Identify incentive and sponsorship opportunities for social projects, curate proposals and present them to senior management. • Work collaboratively with multiple departments (Legal, Communications, Finance, HR), ensuring smooth process flow. • Manage fundraising campaigns, monitoring results and employee engagement. • Support affiliated Unimeds in implementing and strengthening socially responsible practices. • Develop and track indicators, preparing management reports and executive presentations. • Build strategic partnerships with institutions and sponsors. • Organize and execute institutional initiatives, such as the Comitê do Bem. • Ensure documentary and contractual compliance for projects and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed. • Postgraduate degree in related areas (Social Responsibility, Project Management, Sustainability, among others) preferred.
