📋 Description

• Own end-to-end social content planning and execution across Instagram Reels, carousels, Stories, and repurposed Facebook content — maintaining a baseline of 12+ finished pieces per weekday with a goal of scaling to 20+. • Transform raw inputs from the founder — talking-head videos, b-roll, product lists, and voice notes — into polished, on-brand posts optimized for saves, shares, and affiliate link clicks. • Build and optimize repeatable production systems using AI-assisted workflows (hooks, captions, repurposing, light research) to increase speed, output quality, and overall content throughput. • Manage the publishing calendar and last-mile execution: uploading, tagging, linking, and scheduling content across platforms so nothing falls through the cracks. • Monitor performance data including views, reach, saves, shares, link taps, and affiliate revenue, and translate insights into clear, actionable content pivots. • Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content — distinguishing what feels authentically on-brand from what feels generic or off-target. • Collaborate with the VA/EVA for asset organization, tracking link management, simple uploads, and basic community support as workflows scale. • Leverage AI tools proactively to multiply output while ensuring all final content remains warm, human, and aligned with the founder's established voice.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years in social media, digital content, or creator-side roles with a proven track record of growing or operating meaningful accounts • Hands-on experience planning, creating, and publishing short-form content for fashion, beauty, wellness, or closely related consumer verticals • Demonstrated ability to consistently hit high daily content output targets in a structured, metrics-driven environment • Strong eye for aesthetics, styling, and platform trends — you know what performs and what doesn't • Active use of AI tools (for hooks, outlines, variants, and light research) with the judgment to keep final output sounding human and warm • Excellent written communication skills with proven ability to match and sustain an existing brand voice • Based in Latin America • Experience with affiliate content strategy and link-driven performance tracking preferred • Familiarity with newsletter platforms or YouTube content support preferred
