📋 Description
• Run the daily playbooks that keep freight moving on schedule and inventory accurate. • Coordinate with freight brokers to secure quotes balancing time and cost. • Reconcile inventory on receipt, ensuring timely warehouse inbounding. • Review commercial invoices for accuracy on cross-border shipments. • Apply knowledge of HS codes to classify shipments correctly. • Maintain accurate records in internal operations tools. • Support ad hoc logistics projects as the business scales.
🎯 Requirements
• Background in logistics, freight, or e-commerce operations (must-have) • Working understanding of HS codes and customs classification (must-have) • Familiarity with commercial invoices and cross-border shipping documentation (must-have) • Ability to run daily operational playbooks independently, exercising judgment where needed (must-have) • Strong attention to detail and consistent, dependable daily throughput (must-have) • Comfortable coordinating directly with freight brokers and vendors (must-have) • Experience with inventory reconciliation processes preferred • Experience with internal ops software, calculators, or WMS platforms preferred
