📋 Description
• Make outbound cold calls to government prospects using leads provided by Ordinal • Briefly introduce Ordinal and its product to gauge interest • Qualify prospects and book product demos for the sales team • Hit call volume targets of roughly 30–40 calls per hour • Log call activity and outcomes accurately in JustCall and HubSpot
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a BDR/SDR role • Strong, clear English phone communication skills • Persistent and resilient; comfortable with a high volume of rejection • Able to work Central Time business hours, Monday–Friday • Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment • Experience with JustCall and/or HubSpot is nice to have, but not required; training provided • Experience selling into government or B2G accounts is nice to have
