📋 Description

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally. • Ensure patients receive a warm, friendly, and personalised experience. • Handle patient enquiries and direct calls appropriately. • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy. • Accurately record and communicate patient information. • Learn and use the practice's internal software (full training provided).

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, call handling or customer service role. • Experience within a medical, healthcare, dental, cosmetic or similar patient-facing environment is highly desirable. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Neutral or minimal accent with clear communication skills. • Friendly, compassionate and confident telephone manner. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems. • Professional, reliable and organised.
