📋 Description

• Processing and coding purchase invoices. • Raising and issuing sales invoices. • Recording and reconciling financial transactions. • Managing purchase orders (POs). • Assisting with general bookkeeping and accounts administration. • Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero. • Supporting the Accounts team with ad hoc finance tasks as required. • Communicating professionally via email with suppliers and internal stakeholders where necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience. • Strong working knowledge of Xero. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks independently. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Strong written communication skills.
