📋 Description

• Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text outreach with prospective clients. • Re-engage leads who have previously expressed interest in company services. • Maintain detailed records of interactions and next steps within the CRM. • Schedule appointments and meetings for company leadership. • Track lead pipeline activity and report on conversion opportunities. • Identify warm prospects and move them through the sales process. • Assist with investor and client communications. • Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth client onboarding. • Provide regular updates on outreach activity and pipeline status.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales support, customer success, business development, or client services experience. • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills. • Excellent follow-up habits and attention to detail. • Comfortable handling outbound calls and relationship-building conversations. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple follow-up sequences. • Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. • Real estate, property management, or investor-relations experience (preferred). • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) (preferred). • Spanish language skills (preferred). • Chinese language skills (preferred). • Experience supporting small business owners or entrepreneurs (preferred).
