📋 Description

• Post and manage content across social platforms, including Instagram Reels • Handle day-to-day community engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interaction • Write and send press releases and outreach emails • Draft and send newsletters via MailChimp • Conduct influencer outreach by researching Seattle-area influencers via Instagram and Facebook groups • Negotiate rates and terms for influencer partnerships • Create simple static graphics in Canva as needed • Manage and track tasks through Teamwork • Communicate day to day in Slack • Execute social media management and PR work currently handled in-house, allowing the internal team to focus on strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Strong copywriting skills • Excellent organizational skills • Sound self-judgment on tone and messaging • Ability to execute independently and accurately • Canva experience is a plus • Metricool experience is a plus; training provided • Slack knowledge is a plus • Familiarity with Teamwork or similar project management tools is a plus • MailChimp experience is a plus • Creative and strategic thinking is a bonus • More experienced and detail-oriented than a junior hire
