• Manage relationships with Chapter leadership teams and multinational Chapter forums • Support chapter operations, organizational capacity building, and leadership transitions • Maintain accurate chapter governance records and leadership information • Partner with the Regional Director and Professional Coaching team to increase ICF's regional impact, visibility, and growth • Engage Chapter leaders to promote and support available resources, tools, events, and leadership programs • Support the formation and development of new ICF Chapters • Build and maintain relationships with external organizations that support membership growth and engagement • Facilitate educational programs, meetings, and presentations for volunteer leaders and members • Collaborate with Chapter leaders to support regional initiatives, chapter activities, and community engagement efforts • Serve as a key communication channel between ICF staff, Chapters, and regional communities • Monitor chapter and regional performance against established goals and KPIs • Support leadership development initiatives and chapter performance improvement efforts • Collaborate with representatives from other ICF Family Organizations to address member and credential-holder inquiries • Coordinate logistics for regional meetings, events, and initiatives as needed
• 3+ years of experience supporting associations, membership organizations, nonprofits, or similar communities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and customer service skills • Experience working across cultures, time zones, and geographic regions • Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual collaboration tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
