📋 Description

• Participate in assigned client implementation project activities for Mitratech’s GRC suite • Analyze and define client requirements • Configure software • Participate in conference room pilots and user acceptance testing • Provide go-live support for clients • Plan, research, and analyze client business requirements • Assess circumstances and make reasoned decisions • Provide clients with recommendations, risks, and issues for each alternative • Act as a sparring partner for clients using Mitratech’s product portfolio • Work with Risk Experts and Executives at leading companies • Participate in client requirements-gathering sessions • Deliver power-user and end-user training on Mitratech’s product suite • Provide functional and best-practice knowledge on GRC topics • Configure business intelligence reports using Mitratech’s BI tool • Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • First experience in project management • Experience or skills in business intelligence and analytics reporting/SQL (preferred) • Strong verbal communication, networking and relationship building skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment • Experience working with virtual project teams • Strong organizational skills • Travel as required (up to 40%) • Strong interest in GRC and technology knowledge
