• Help build and accelerate the development of the AstraZeneca Immunology franchise in Canada • Use patient-centric selling skills to support regional brand growth • Communicate the scientific and clinical benefits of products to community physicians • Create strong relationships with Health Care Providers (HCPs) • Collaborate closely with the Regional Immunology Key Account Managers and National Immunology Team • Develop and coordinate effective learning programs • Collect and report adverse events in accordance with AstraZeneca policies.
• University degree in Science, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of specialty biologics pharmaceutical sales experience • Experience in Rheumatology and Lupus is a strong asset • Strong technical and digital capabilities to maximize an omnichannel approach • Ability to lead without authority and effectively engage cross-functional teams • Proven ability to positively impact and influence others • Strong project management and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and active listening skills • Valid driver’s license, and ability to travel (including overnight stays up to 20% of the time) • Fluency in oral and written English.
