📋 Description

• Manage each patient and cell journey throughout treatment • Coordinate patient cases within an assigned geographic area between medical professionals at sites and AstraZeneca cross-functional teams • Serve as a trusted single contact for site stakeholders to enhance the cell therapy site experience • Independently manage patient vein-to-vein workflows from registration through infusion • Escalate patient issues and provide coverage for other regions • Partner with Clinical Ops, SMM, Supply Chain, Medical, IT, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams • Communicate critical patient-related information to site stakeholders empathetically • Coordinate with Regional and Territory Operations Managers on site logistics, personnel identification, and training for digital platform access • Address and communicate issues related to cellular starting material, IMP, and supplies • Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on OOS communication, product recalls, and product issues • Develop internal and external SOPs and materials related to the AstraZeneca Cell Therapy Hub • Complete Cell Therapy AZ Hub training and navigate the Customer Portal, Telephony system, SOPs, work instructions, and business rules • Contribute to continuous improvements and solutions enhancing patient care experience • Maintain knowledge of Cell Therapy Hub goals, processes, regulatory standards, compliance, and procedures • Coordinate process-change rollouts to assigned sites • Uphold AstraZeneca Cell Therapy Hub values and perform miscellaneous assigned tasks • Report to a Senior Director, Cell Therapy Hub

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 4 years of experience within a Cell Therapy Program as a Research Coordinator, Nurse Coordinator, Apheresis Nurse, Cell Lab Professional, or Quality Manager in healthcare systems or a regulatory environment • Ability to solve site-facing problems and deal with organizational complexity • Advanced degree in Life Sciences or Engineering (e.g., PharmD, NP, PA, Biomedical Engineer) is desirable • Experience working with critical raw material suppliers or contract manufacturing organizations is desirable • Ability to complete all Cell Therapy AZ Hub training and demonstrate knowledge and seamless navigation of the AstraZeneca Cell Therapy Hub and processes • Compliance with applicable SOPs, regulations, regulatory standards, and procedures
