📋 Description
• Design, develop, and implement AI & automation solutions for IT / Biz processes • Develop and maintain reusable repository of automation scripts and workflows • Integrate AI, Gen AI & ML capabilities into automation workflows • Collaborate with IT operations teams to identify automation opportunities • Document automation processes, code, and models clearly • Evaluate variety of open source & OEM technologies and tools
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in AI and automation solutions for IT / Biz processes • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, RPA) • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, MS System Center, Opentext Automation Center, Ansible, Terraform) • Knowledge of AI, Gen AI & ML capabilities • Experience in developing and training machine learning models • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and data analysis • Strong collaboration skills with IT operations teams
