📋 Description

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of internal information and system-specific projects from initiation to delivery • Coordinate network, server, software implementation and upgrades, and PC deployment projects • Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners • Define project requirements and perform feasibility and needs/impact assessments • Develop detailed project plans and manage resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints • Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional and technical projects • Partner with functional teams during initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases • Manage and track program milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables • Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, reviews, process documents, and risk analyses • Define project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder involvement • Drive project lifecycle milestones through project closure and advocate change management • Use metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and provide regular status updates • Lead internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions • Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies • Serve as primary project contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders • Coordinate regularly scheduled meetings with core teams • Evaluate post-project results against metrics and recommend or implement improvements to delivery practices and processes • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions • Experience working with project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, documentation) • Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently • Self-starter who is able to quickly learn new tools and gain familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance • In-depth experience creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation • Strong observational and analytical skills, including: ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives • Familiarity with various project management methodologies • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment • Must be able to use a computer • Must have the ability to communicate effectively • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
