📋 Description

• Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products • Develops software and tools supporting design, infrastructure, and technology platforms • Provides administration, development, and application support for end users • Participates in designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging system software • Reviews code and software designs • Configures and integrates third-party software components and technologies • Performs root cause analysis of network, operating system, and other issues affecting technical solutions in customer environments • Addresses and resolves software bugs and reproduction requests • Logs incidents and requests and engages appropriate service resources for issues beyond scope • Provides limited after-hours and on-call support as needed • Reviews and develops test documentation • Works with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives • Performs other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Builds productive internal and external working relationships • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action • Understanding of various development programs • Ability to quickly learn customer support processes, tools and techniques • Understanding of how to configure third-party software components and technologies • Ability to perform root cause analysis of network, operating system, and other issues • Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing) • Ability to collaborate and work remotely including use of communication tools • Ability to multi-task and self-organize including prioritization of activities • Understanding of using monitoring systems • Attention to detail • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment • Must be able to use a computer • Must have the ability to communicate effectively • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
