📋 Description

• We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Specialist to play a key role in the maintenance, observability, and automation of our cloud and datacenter systems. • Work closely with development teams to implement reliability engineering practices across the entire software development lifecycle. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration between development and operations teams. • Automate operational and infrastructure processes using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. • Perform load and stress testing to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. • Primary focus will be driving innovation, adopting best practices, and sharing knowledge across the team. • Plan and coordinate IT infrastructure activities, ensure environments and resources are available, and maintain contingency readiness for critical services and overall performance. • Act as a liaison between internal and external teams on projects, new deployments, and infrastructure changes, following guidelines from local IT management. • Support activities among the various specialists within the Infrastructure team. • Serve as a technical lead in incident/crisis rooms, guiding all parties toward a definitive resolution. • Work on improving environment monitoring solutions, emphasizing proactive identification of infrastructure-related issues. • Safeguard production services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. • Experience administering servers and infrastructure processes. • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (Required). • Experience managing deployments in Azure DevOps (Required). • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates). • Advanced knowledge of Ansible (Required). • Advanced knowledge of Dynatrace (Required). • Experience with Apache Tomcat, WildFly/JBoss, and IIS Server. • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud (Required). • Experience building automation using a programming/scripting language (Python, Go, shell scripting, etc.) — (preferred). • Knowledge of load balancers (a plus).
