📋 Description

• Design, develop and implement data solutions on the AWS cloud with DevOps practices • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to define data requirements and build scalable data pipelines • Manage ETL processes using AWS Glue for data extraction, transformation and loading • Optimize data workflows in Apache Spark for efficient processing and analysis • Develop and maintain data models and schemas in Amazon Redshift for reporting and analytics • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity • Document data processes and best practices for compliance and knowledge sharing • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated resource provisioning • Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment • Ensure security best practices and regulatory compliance • Deliver high-quality data solutions and maintain an efficient cloud infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering or a related field • Advanced/Fluent English (C2) — there will be contact with an international client • Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer with strong AWS cloud DevOps skills • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including Glue, Spark and Redshift • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala for data processing is essential • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices, plus experience with SQL and database management systems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills in English.
