📋 Description

• Support Account Management, distribution and specialist retail partners, and end customers in Germany and Austria with professional client systems • Provide technical support during partner and customer meetings, projects, tenders, and requests for quotations • Support the technical positioning of client solutions • Deliver technical product presentations • Prepare demos and proof-of-concept scenarios • Translate product advantages into clear customer benefit arguments • Provide technical support for BIOS/UEFI, drivers, software installations, device configuration, and Windows deployment • Support integration, compatibility testing, and troubleshooting • Systematically follow up on technical issues • Advise on ASUS software solutions, including their features, benefits, and possible applications • Train partners, distributors, and internal colleagues • Prepare technical product knowledge, use cases, and key features • Exchange information with FAE colleagues at headquarters • Incorporate product updates and new solution approaches into local operations • Consolidate issues, market requirements, and suggestions for improvement • No direct responsibility for sales, acquisition, or commercial account management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT, such as IT specialist for system integration, or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, Field Application Engineering, or a comparable technical role • Good knowledge of professional client systems and Windows client environments • Knowledge of device configuration, software distribution, BIOS/UEFI, drivers, and common desktop computer failure patterns • Understanding of integrating devices and software into enterprise environments • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills • Independent, structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused working style • Strong technical affinity and initiative • Willingness to collaborate with local and international teams • Willingness to travel for meetings in Germany and Austria
