📋 Description

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat, and/or email • Solve problems and create positive customer experiences • Follow brand guidelines and quality standards • Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems • Work closely with the team to improve service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and good English • Strong communication and active listening skills • Problem-solving, can-do mindset • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude • Availability to work in shifts • Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or Greek work permit) • Resident of a country within the European Union • CV must be sent in English
