📋 Description
• Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email • Solve problems and create positive customer experiences • Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction • Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems • Work closely with the team to improve service
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Dutch • B2 English • Curious about the latest tech • Communication skills • Empathy • Customer experience is a bonus
