📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of SMB customers • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey • Identify new business opportunities and drive them through the full sales cycle • Support customers with technical discovery, solution adoption, and cloud consumption • Build long-term customer relationships while driving retention and business growth • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities • Good computer skills • Team player with a positive attitude • High School Diploma • EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit • Resident of a country within the European Union • CV must be sent in English
