📋 Description

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World • Source candidates through job boards, social media and networking • Conduct pre-screening and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability • Present shortlisted candidates to Atlean World’s internal recruitment team • Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process • Build and manage a candidate network across international markets • Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies • Track performance and work toward personal and financial goals • Build professional reputation through consistent results and quality recruitment • Work independently while collaborating with Atlean World

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working independently • Ambitious and motivated by achieving results • Takes ownership of work, pipeline and performance • Strong results-oriented and commercial mindset • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English • Prior experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry • Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms • Enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment • Constantly looks for ways to improve, grow and create new opportunities
