📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models such as predictive models, time series forecasting models or survival models • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines on a hyperscaler (preferably GCP). • Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, training/evaluation and model governance on a hyperscaler (preferably GCP). • Use Gen AI and Agentic AI to build end-to-end custom solutions and implement them in a hyperscaler (preferably GCP). • Ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency of AI/ML workloads. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones to achieve the project goal and deliver solutions/products. • Work closely and communicate efficiently with the client to understand their needs and meet their expectation on requirements and deliverables. • Mention junior team members, brainstorm with them to scope and troubleshoot, provide meaningful advice to help address technical barriers.

🎯 Requirements

• A Master's degree in statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with a strong emphasis on generative AI. • 8+ years of experience in data science and advanced analytics • Hand-on experience with MLOps end-to-end • Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions. • Familiarity with Agentic AI Framework • Proficiency in statistical modeling (i.e. regression, classification) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome technical challenges within the Azure and OpenAI ecosystem. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
