📋 Description

• Support Group Controlling at the Orise Group, focusing on transparency and operational management support • Assist with monthly group-level reporting and controlling in coordination with subsidiaries • Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow • Conduct variance analyses and develop recommendations for action • Participate in budget planning and forecast preparation with operational units • Prepare financial information to identify optimization potential and track measures • Contribute to developing and standardizing controlling processes, structures, and systems • Actively support projects • Collaborate closely with Accounting and Business Controlling • Prepare ad hoc analyses and participate in special projects • Support M&A activities through financial analyses and decision-making frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• A successfully completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in an international or mid-sized company environment • Strong knowledge of common controlling tools and business management concepts • Initial experience in a project or service environment is a plus • Excellent written and spoken English skills • Basic knowledge of SAP (e.g., FI/CO) or a strong willingness to learn • Excellent proficiency in Excel (Power Query) • Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and an interest in process-oriented issues • Initiative, teamwork skills, and a hands-on mentality • Desire to take on responsibility and continue developing
