📋 Description

• Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, CSOM, REST API and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Implement and maintain SharePoint portals, sites, workflows and libraries tailored to USCIS business processes • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Ensure security and compliance with federal standards, including access controls and data integrity • Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint-related issues, providing timely resolutions • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field • 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role • SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development expertise • Power Platform expertise (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Front-end technologies expertise (e.g., JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Angular) • Back-end and integration services expertise (e.g., .NET, C#, SQL Server, RESTful) • Version control and DevOps expertise (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) • Able to obtain and maintain USCIS security clearance
