📋 Description

• You will independently handle accounting for our clients using the BMD NTCS software — largely paperless and automated • Ideally, you will also support us with ongoing payroll processing • You will welcome new clients and assist with administrative tasks (e.g., preparing invoices/fee notes) as well as our marketing activities, such as producing advisory videos, expanding our tax chatbot tax-gpt, and creating social media posts

🎯 Requirements

• Very good knowledge of the BMD NTCS accounting software, including the bank-statement posting/reconciliation module • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as an accountant (m/f/d) with concurrent responsibility for multiple clients • Preferably a completed commercial education (HAK / HAS, Bilanzbuchhalter examination, accounting certification, etc.) • A positive attitude and enjoyment of your work • Friendliness towards everyone (colleagues and clients) • Openness to continuously simplify and optimize processes
